I am a first time father with a precious one-year old son and loving wife.
Born and raised in Macon, a product of Bibb County public schools, I graduated Central High in 1991.
A local attorney, I graduated college (BA 1996) and law school (JD 1999) from Mercer University.
I have run my own small business, located in downtown Macon, for over a decade.
While my home and practice are in Macon, I serve part-time as Chief Judge of the City of Perry Municipal Court.
A recent father, I want a strong school system for our children.
A homeowner, I want our property taxes are invested wisely.
A small business owner, I want graduates prepared for the future.
An educator's husband, I want our teachers supported in the classroom.
A Macon native, I want accountability from our school board.
Having grown up in Vineville Baptist Church, my family now attends Northway Church. I have served on the boards of: Leadership Macon (President), Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce (Executive Committee), Georgia State Fair (Vice President), Vineville North Baptist Church (Personnel Chairman), Macon Exchange Club, Jazz Association of Macon and the Phi Delta Theta Chapter Advisory Board (Chairman).
